    It’s very tasty. Very good with your apple-jalapeno jelly — and surprisingly good with peanut butter AND your apple-jalapeno jelly (which I wouldn’t have suspected as a match until I tried it).

    I’d go hotter, personally, yeah. But I wouldn’t guess which chili would be best — I’m sure either would work.
